Turning my blaster into an 1100, anyone have a Yamaha 1100 long block they want to part with and/or conversion parts that I will need for my build.

All depends on amount of engine mods. Stock motor it’s too big

Geez you will need some serious HP to turn that. Maybe they were thinking with a 140mm mag pump and a 150lb rider.

Maybe someone will chime in with experience. That’s a huge prop

My brother in law ran either a 14/21 or 15/22 on a stock Kawasaki 1100 swapped blaster. Of course mods determine final pitch numbers. Not sure on the Yamaha 1100. Pretty sure they make power different than the Kawasaki does?

I have some stock Yamaha 1100 stuff but looks like your out of the US shipping would be the killer.
The kaw 1100 makes more hp 130 vs the Yamaha 110. I think the gp1200 nonpv makes 135

My buddy may be getting rid of a half girdled (riva I think) head that uses the stock upper shell. I think its 170psi. I can ask him what he wants for it if you are interested.
