Yamaha Waverunner 760 Stock Power problem

I have a Waverunner with a stock 760, with new piston and new gasket ,the compression is good, when I prime the carburetor, It starting very well,
When I am in the water after 3 minutes I really don't have any power ,I removed the seat to seat to see if I have a exhaust leak or fuel line problem, but I don't find nothing,

(Although I'm a doctor, I'm not a licensed physician). If you only can idle back to the dock sounds like the heat senor kick in,(make sure water is coolng your engine) or spark plugs might be fouled out, and I know you checked but if it bogs out, (check gas lines make sure that there not backwards), like I did on my wr 500 lol! hope this helps.

easy to check fuel filter as well ...either just replace it, or remove fuel pipes and try to blow through it...throw it away if there's any resistance
