Is Yamalube really just Citgo sea & snow synthetic oil?

I have always been under the impression that yamalube is very much like the penzoil synthetic blend.

I don't believe that Yamalube(2W or 2R) is TCW-3 certified either. The Outboard Yamalube may be though.

Citgo sells the same stuff at half the price. Sea and Snow works very good as well but does not have as much corrosion protection and leaves the exhaust dry instead of greasy.

Most couches can make use of an air cooled spec oil like Sea and Snow. TCW3 is better if you are not running full throttle for long periods.

I remember reading that Yamalube was made by Torco. It must be true or else it wouldn't be on the Internet.
