now it needs a new seat cover..and some black diamond turf like asap...but performance projects first....just couldnt look at all that white any longer than necassary

and i know it still sayd ga and i'm in florida but i'm gonna re-register it in ga with a buddy's address so my ex wife still cant find me if she looks

dont let it fool you the paint job is a quick rattle can job and looks alot better from 20ft away..and i hired a 14 yr old kid here to do most of the bitch sanding for me i only did the big areas that were easy to get to with the ski mostly still together but it got done.
and i did the steering mod, cut the back 1 1/2", did the trim mod, added straps, put a new bilge pump in, added a carb gasket:rolleyes:, put the steering in a fixed posistion, advanced the timing, added a flush kit, added a strap to the battery, and reattached the ht in the back...it was loose, as soon as my new finger throttle gets here it's time to go rip it up:arms:

not bad for less than a week..and i worked everyday till around 4 or so

next investments are to be a new carb and intake and some tubbies...

i have a real good feeling i'm gonna like the fixed steering on the x-2..i kinda always had trouble keeping the pole low and keeping my center of gravity down..i guess it was just too many things to work on at once...anyway if i like the way fixed steering rides and the posistion i just might have to turn the sj into a conversion hood w/ fixed steering
