$1,500 deposit was made October of 2013 and stuff happened. I figured that money was long gone (and it sorta is), but I got a PM about 3 or 4 months ago from some guy I didn't know. @sinisterjosh has really come through for me and what I understand, a couple others in the same situation. I can not say enough about what a stand up guy Josh is. I want to, not only thank him for what appears to be an awesome hull, but also for restoring my faith in humanity. Thanks for everything Josh.

Been to Joshes shop many times since Backie Chan parade. Josh is struggling to pay people back with whats right, but hes doing it. He is a great guy, and focuses on one thing at a time.

Yea I debated over the scupper vs. no scupper for a long time. I erred on the side of caution cause I have two kids 17 & 13. They ride my skis all the time and it made me nervous that a scupper failure would result in my ski being lost at the bottom of Lake Erie. So... I asked Josh to foam it and went with the extra level of safety.

Probably for the best, my scupper leaks more then it helps I think lol. There seems to be a zip tie jammed in it right now :/.

I'm not going to steal any of Josh's thunder on this one. In fact, I asked Josh if he was OK with me even before starting this thread. The long and short of it, I would have never seen my Phantom and certainly been out $1,500 if it wasn't for the honesty and goodwill of Josh. Thanks again Josh for everything.

I've been around since the beginning of the chan. Most of you know me, if you have been to the shop or WF. Steve has been a personal friend for many years. We have shared a shop for just as long. But our two business ethics are very much diffrent. Yes, I am the owner of the molds. Steve is a very talented painter and will still be the go to guy when custom paint is needed. Although our two shops have now parted ways I want everyone that has given Steve a deposit, to please be patient. As Steve and myself are in negotiations of these customers. I myself have never benefited from any of the deposits and was clueless to most. But part of our negotiations will include me helping his wrongs

I imagine those that want/ need to see this probably have or will. But It might be worth repeating on the Phantom thread. Maybe you're waiting until after you get everything sorted with Steve to make a 'official statement'
