it's putting someone on the spot about something they did or did not do or it could be a challenge

like " JP, i'm calling you out.. u can't do such and such or i heard this about you, is it true or not"

and then the person being "called out" would have to prove themselves or answer the question about what they did or did not do

"calling somoene out" basically means you're calling their bluff on something..... or exposing someone as a b.s. artist.

and for the hemi you can supercharge it, turbo charger, do bolt on mods... pretty resillent motor with a good aftermarket following
