Being from the south, where neither snow, or snowmobiles exist. Is this something a lot of people are doing? Is this a new concept? Seems like a hell of a lot more fun than a snowmobile.

Talked to the guys at Timbersled at the snow show and they are offering free demo's in Sandpoint, Idaho. They provide you with the bike and fuel for a full day of riding. Definitely worth the trip up there if anyone's interested in one. Now that boondocker is building a solid turbo kit for the new FI bikes I think snowbiking will become more popular. Hopefully I can make it up there and get hooked on another expensive hobby

Timbersled is on that project since more than 4 years now. Snow bike is not really new, but that kind of kit is the best for backcountry, look to be a lot of fun, cant wait to give it a try
