Just read the post, and I am thankful that we have such a great forum. It is insane how a 2-stroke can bring so many great people together. My heart goes out to all of the families involved, and I feel like I met an amazing couple from all of the great stories and video. God Speed!

I run a sign shop and would gladly donate small stickers for boats if anyone is interested in designing a graphic as a memorial. PM me with any ideas.

I cant think of a time Z man didnt have a smile on his face. What a treat Z man was-

Thank the stars above I was lucky enough to have him as a friend.

He had thirteen years of riding before he reached my age of 39. Think how good he would have been with 13 more years of surf. This was a guy who when he did something he did it for life. No poser in a single bone. He always rode a ton, smiled, and helped everyone with anything. That is no exaggeration.

Ya i was hanging out with Zach and Libby all day--trading waves with Zach and trading stories with Libby about kids--that night we had dinner together and then walked to the bar to have a beer,it started getting late so i went to say goodbye and Libby and her friend stopped me and were saying how much they loved me ----we love you JFB--- come to the other bar with us , i usually would have gone but i was just to tired----I remember saying to them ----see you tomorrow ----as i hit Zach with a high five on my way out the door. I guess you could say it has changed my life----i dont sleep as well as i used to---- and when i say goodbye ----i dont say see you tomorrow! ------Zach and Libby were my friends----and i will think about them EVERYDAY for the rest of my life!!-----------JFB
