I'd like to thank Daniel Van Beek for letting me borrow his B.O.B to practice on before i leave for the final IFWA round, Jetwaves in Brazil on the 2nd of November. Maxi from Jetmotion in Argentina is building me a B.O.B with a 10 mil stroker to compete on in Brazil so, Daniel really came through letting me borrow his boat so i can be 100% on the hull for Brazil. Im really having fun on the ski! thanks again guys!
So, as most of you know by reading the X, this Hull is "the worst hull for surf" on the market..... if you believe everything you read here....
well im here to tell you these claims are wrong. this ski is super fun in the surf. i was thinking i would have a hard time on it but i was wrong. im having a total blast on this ski. flips fast, rolls great, surfrides great. i really dont understand all the hate. the only thing i can say is the ski doesnt want to slide across the face, so what, this thing can cave so hard using the bulb to your advantage.
so yea, just wanted to come here and tell you all whats going on. im really hoping to kill it in Brazil. possibly winning, bringing the world title back to america, and doing it on a hull built in america.
i want to thank Derrik JR and SR for there help aswell. super cool guys.
heres some photos from Pismo on my first ride on the ski. theres only 2 surfriding shots, i can hear the "well of course it flips" now. also cutting a video too. stay tuned, ive been BOB'n around everyday.
