Which would you recommend for your 781BB?
Either one paired with good quality Yami electrics will be awesome. There are many pros/cons to each and more will be known the longer the new Zeel62t gets used and abuse by regular freeride gorillas. There is no wrong choice IMO.

Zeel760 needs Yamaha 760 electrics, and Zeel62t needs Yami 701/62t electrics (or 61x some are running).

I put the Zeel760 on my BB781 after a motor and ski redo. The smaller CDI makes it so much easier wiring up an ebox. The 760 ebox is also roomier than the 61x/62t rear without the mounting areas for the stock CDI and rearranged grounding to the other side (much safer farther away from power) and a few other tweeks by Mr.Yamaha.

It was crazy the power difference to the Zeel760 from the MSD enhancer with 62t/701 electrics I replaced. I knew it would be a big power improvement so maybe more fuel needed (depending where your carbs/tune rich/lean are pre-swap) with the hotter spark and way more advanced timing than the enhancer in the critical braaapp band. You can also adjust the retard at higher rpms to make setup more safe for your motor if you like either more safety vs. power or want to spend more time at speed. I could just see big motor 1200s with a second curve dumbed down for running buoys lol.

I bumped up the pilot jets, main jets, lowered popoff, and put in larger n/s. Carbs didn't need a rebuild so the L/H adjusters never got touched. It was has been amazing from initial braap, break in, surf and lake rides, and now temp changes. I have not touched the adjusters not even once yet, even with all the jetting and setup changes. Jet skis aren't to run like that! It runs so good I haven't felt the urge to tune it at all.

I got the chance to ride some nice sized fun surf this past Sunday, and I am still smiling from that day. My motor has been so nasty fun to braappp it is silly. I was rocketing around the surf like a freeride clown on work release. Getting in the critical zone on a breaking wave, and being able braapp forward at will if you get too deep is magical fun.

Is the "preprogrammed wax curve" 2 curves to switch from surf to flatwater with a switch or is it just the one curve?

Are there any reports yet using the new 62t zeel with an aftermarket lightweight flywheel such as tbm, etc?
Yes, lots are using Jetinetics 62t flywheel. Recommended to check timing and offset curve in the software if needed.

1 curve. You can set a custom second curve if needed, but not necessary for most.

Do you still sale the PDCIS-02T or just the PDCIS-A02T??? I find the first version to fit the ebox a lil better.
A02T. Think the 02T was discontinued after the upgrade.

since the TL is no longer, im thinking of running zeel. but besides the programmable timing curves, is the spark violent and bright blue like a TL? or more like an enhancer?

In between. There is a discussion thread in the general section where all things Zeel are discussed.
