Does anyone on here have access to a 3D scanner, and a Rickter hull? If someone could get me a scan of the hull, I have the CAD software and experience, so I'm sure I could create a graphics package that you could then have any graphics shop print out.

I wouldn't call them bosses but the pump does have a thicker section for installing fittings. It's 0.31" thick there.

What are people's opinions on the Lisle 15000 ENGINE CYLINDER HONE? Obviously, they aren't as nice as a Sunnen but they are also a good bit cheaper.

Did you add the foam in these pictures or is that what it comes with from the factory? I have a carbon XFR and for some reason they used an aluminum thru hull exhaust tube which now has a hole corroded thru it. So i will most likely be opening it up this winter.

I went through the same thing with my 2020 Full carbon XFR. The tray sealing was a complete joke. There was a giant gap below my exhaust tube on the inside bulkhead. I filled in that with 3M 4200. The ride plate, pump and intake grate inserts were barely covered or epoxied in place for that...
