I tried a different switch and still nothing. I pulled the motor out, pulled the carbs and intake to check the reeds. Reeds look good. they are R&D cages w/carbon reeds. Pulled the head off and that looks great. Could the carbs be screwed up some how? Any ideas guys?
Im pretty sure the start stop switch is bad as for we got it to run one time but was unable to kill the motor with the switch. The ski will turn over perfect until you give it a shot of gas or 2 with the primer then it will act up. I have pulled the plugs out and turned the motor over. It turns...
I got this ski home put a battery in it and it fired rite up. But went to go shut it down and the start stop switch must be bad because it wouldnt kill until I pulled the plug wires off. Since this happenned I cannot get it to run. 185psi in both holes, got good spark in both holes. It turns...

I dont think its a fuel problem.....you have a air leak I bet. Double check all your exhaust clamps and whatnot. I had the same problem and it was a airleak.
Looks good Nube. You did a pretty good job on the glassing part. It looks good. Now when you get back from TX you get to tear it all apart again!! haha. ANd then comes fx1 time!! My ski will be done by then so I will be over at your place helpin you out
Has anyone ever done this? I have the complete top end ready to go but just want to make sure I wont have a clearance problem...and also That I can run the the same crank shaft. I will be running a westcoast head and a sbn 44 carb, full pjs exhaust system. Any input would be great. Thanks guys
