Superfreak all the way!! Don't get me wrong the Edge is a nice ski and if I was in the market for something similar to a new superjet I'd buy one but a freak is way more playful and fun to ride imo.

You have to ride out. Think of all the other sports out there, would you say someone landed a bf on a dirt bike if they landed on their face? Or skateboarding where you could do a trick and not have to land on the board.

Also kicking around the idea that if I do go -6 or 7 instead of running a long ride plate in the event it's too short I could build one with some hook in it to keep the nose down at speed. A shorter plate with a hook in it I think would give you stability at higher speed but be less effective at...

Since we are on the subject of rear rocker. Waveblaster785 actually suggested to me a while ago instead of going -6 or -7, go with -4.3 with rocker. I know rocker promotes porpoising but so does a short hull. So how would a -6 or -7 compare to a -4.3 with rocker?
