    Thank you Team Extreme!

I dont know about 5mm tap, but you are on the right track, minus the slide hammer. You put a slide hammer to a tap and likely you will have two things to remove from the cover or case. Just saying

Freestyle My PowerHouse Performance 4mil 898cc engine

The difference in power off the bottom from 180 to 230 will be eye opening. Jetting will need to be spot on at that level, with little room for error. Brian

GIL, While I appreciate your compliment, if you aren't phucking with me, it takes more than machinist skills to build (two stroke) engines. I do appreciate it Brian

No, I make the case that dasa uses to build their engines. All but the first five or less have my company name on them. I managed the shop and did the programming for dans shop from 2004 until a month ago. I have my own shop, I build the billet cases and flywheel covers, among many other...

You can't deny dan knows his stuff, problem is he is so poor at so many other things. Not everyone can just "build their own engine" others have tried...and.... have failed at it. I just wanted a peice of the pie, I don't need the whole thing.

Gil, As much as I enjoy the bantering on here and the phone, as far as this goes, honestly, I would rather stick to facts. I don't need to bash anyone. I would be lying if I said I wasn't bothered by the political move of dan to produce the case, but it is what it is. The likelyhood that noone...

I had nothing to do with that nonsense statement, sir. and as I said in the past, had it not been for Kevin and I making it painfully obvious to the business owner, dan wanted to discontinue the cast cylinder and stop production, period. We barely made it for Lenzi to debut the all carbon hull...
