used my bench vise to press it back slowly .. so now back to about 20mm thanks guys !!! posted here and pwctoday .. got an answere here within mins .. and fixed within 10 mins after .. very simple once you know how .. without the knowledge we didnt know wtf we were doing ! Daniel will post up...
