I use the ramp at the end of sun set ave.Just before you get in to OC on rt.50 turn right on 611 then left on sun set ave. ramp is down half mile on the right.Straight shot out the inlet to the ocean.
If you go out the inlet and head out just a little to your right there's a shoal out there that usally kicks ass at low tide.Almost always bigger then what the island surf is.4 to 6 feet is pretty typical.Add a couple feet to what ever the island surf is.

I try and catch the big cruisers and fishin boats comin out the no wake zone just as they mash the throttle.Wake is usually steeper and bigger.Hit it right at the back of the boat.Some will even turn around for you for you to hit it again.
