Yeah wtf air temps really took a dive this week. I'm taking mine back to my storage unit tomorrow, until I have people to ride with again. We need to have another meet at the lake lot in the spring!

That would be cool. Jillian mentioned a 'girls only' day this spring where we can get some newbies riding. That would be a lot of fun and take the pressure off! She would only be invited though if she brings the taco dip. :)

Is your old lady coming to Daytona? She have any interest in riding this summer? We need more girls.

I'll be there. Bringing both for when one inevitably breaks. Planning on Diaz on Fri & the rest of the weekend at the beach. I'll be the one eating sand as I try to slide it back onto the beach after riding.

That is so cool. I'd be afraid to be ripping through it and stuff that thing into some muck if it got shallow really fast. You must be really familiar with riding in that marsh and it's depth!

I wear baseball gloves in the summer, those are great. My winter ones are wet suit material (I think 3mm). Just not enough grip.

Tried out my dry suit today...loved it! I got the O'Neill Boost. It's comfortable and even while I know the air temp was warm today, I think it will do great when it's cold too. I like that it blocks the wind, that's my other complaint with a wet suit; once you get wet in it any kind of air...

I have booties with soles too - but I don't like them, they don't have laces so they are not very tight and my feet slip around too much inside...so I'll see if it does better with wet socks/shoes. Coldest water temps here is about high 50's. Air gets colder but I usually don't feel like...
