    Freestyle Dry suits

I was wondering what to do with the neck, lol. I just got my suit in yesterday and the neck is so long, I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be rolled and if so, how. It is so hard to get it on/off my head. Not sure if that means it will seal well or I just have a huge head. Hope I can try it...

    Freestyle Dry suits

That's good to hear. I was just looking at those on Amazon. Those of you who do have dry suits, anything you would do different if you could buy the suit again? I'm in NC so it's not crazy cold here, usually the coldest I'll ride is water in the 55-60 degree temp and air in the 50-55 degree...

    Freestyle 2015 Hurricane C2

Yeah. A normal length, a shorty competition length, and then mine which is the 'unicorn' length, they didn't make many of them and don't make them anymore...I got mine used on the forum.

Farrell Creation & Restoration in Mville. They do bigtime hot rod stuff (think $$$ cars). I know them through work so he did me a solid.

    Freestyle 2015 Hurricane C2

Finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel today!! Finished a few odds and ends. I am really happy with how it turned out, it was worth the extra time waiting for little bits of hardware here and there. Here are some pics before I ugly it up with the registration numbers :( Still need a...

I sure hope it rides as nice as it looks! I have a feeling it will though.

@Ducky @joecef it is lowered but not bagged. My driveway is really steep, like a 45 degree angle, and then levels out to get into the garage. So the photo is misleading! I just used regular RTV around it to seal it. Partially for sealing, and partially to give it a nice edge/outline. I bought...

    Freestyle 2015 Hurricane C2

That looks nice @7fiddy . I finished my turf. I hate turfing so much, lol. I used some fat mat underneath and ended up using all red/black diamond. I like it. Just have to cut out the holes for my foot holds/primer/bilge and the turf will be totally done. I hope I can wrap this up this...

    Freestyle 2015 Hurricane C2

Made a lot of progress this weekend, though it doesn't really look like it! Hurricane Industries came through with the graphics and I'm very happy with how they turned out. I mounted/plumbed/wired bilge switch and primer. Plumbed fuel lines. Epoxied in new mounts for battery and water box...

    Freestyle 2015 Hurricane C2

Ok. Finally had some free time this weekend to work on it. Man, the time is just getting away from me lately I swear. Anyway. Ordered a few things from blowsion (fittings, bilge bracket, turf). Bilge bracket was for an SJ. I was hoping it'd fit out of convenience, but the hurricane has just a...

Today was a good day - the counter to trivial complaints

love that pic @jetskipunk . I miss lakes where you have nice, clean sandy bottoms (I hail from Lake Erie). Lake Norman is great, but since its manmade it is all RED MUD on the bottom. Ick. If we stand around in it drinking beers long enough, we get "zombie toes" - the mud turns your feet...

    Freestyle 2015 Hurricane C2

Just fine. I had the body shop fill the screw holes from the duckbills so I didn't have to worry about those. The ID of the versi plugs is smaller than the outlet holes on the hull, but I don't think that matters too much. I will be running a bilge also so between both it should be plenty dry...

    Freestyle 2015 Hurricane C2

Anddddd she's home! Spent a bit of time putting some of the old hardware back on; I ditched the duckbills and installed versi plugs. I used stainless screws with black painted tops for stealth. lolz. A bead of 5200 sealant should keep things nice and dry. I hate 5200 like I hate...

Well poop. At this point all I'm asking for is something they'd just have to change the colors on so hopefully they'll get back to me. I'll hit them up after the WF frenzy dies down.
