    Freestyle 2015 Hurricane C2

That's very generous of you to offer - thank you! If I had more free time to haul it I'd be all over that.

Thanks, painting them was my plan all along! Just turfing the tray area.

I've been trying to get just regular decals from them - I'm assuming they're really busy because of finals etc.

    Freestyle 2015 Hurricane C2

I decided to swap into a Hurricane Carbon C2 Hull. I love my superfreak (for sale!), I have really enjoyed it over the past few years but wanted to build something a little more flatwater dedicated, since that's where I am 99% of the time. I got this hull off of the forum. It's 81", so five...

Freestyle hulls in the surf...who does it? Which hull?

    That would be freakadelic.

Freestyle hulls in the surf...who does it? Which hull?

Can deliver to CB free ride! Seriously tho, hope it sells soon. Otherwise I'm going to find a busted SJ to rip the drivetrain from so I can have two freestyle skis. Ha. Kidding/not kidding

Thx for the tag DAG, so far the freak is still available.

I'm thinking of riding down for sat & sun (will be in SC weds-fri). Anyone interested in my SF hull? I can bring it with me to the ride.

Roll call for the Fall 2015 Carolina Freeride!!!

I would not try it. Not sure what the beach is like this year but 4WD's get stuck left and right in the sand in past years, let alone 2WD. Weight over the rear axle wouldn't help. Plenty of friendly people at this ride though I'm sure you could meet up with them for a ride! We usually take...

    Codys 2014 Hurricane Build

Mine didn't even need a pull, it popped right off. The R's are what I got for this time around. I had the tube style before on my superfreak, it works so good I don't want to run anything else. The duckbills just seem a bit sketchy to me. I'm sure they are fine though.

Please give me a PLUG read

An otoscope is really helpful for plug reading also and they're about $20 online. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Will this ride ever come back?

I totally understand and respect why it was canceled. But man, I looooooved this ride. Any future plans for 2016?

How much cash do you dump into a stock hull superjet

I just run the risk of tickets/harassment. (knock on wood) I've never been ticketed and I have a few things that aren't legal (including reg numbers below the waterline). The one time I did get stopped was in the intercoastal waterway in NC, and when the dumb wildlife officer or whatever caught...

That's right. Some part numbers end in -11 (1.1mm gap) and some in -10 (1.0mm gap). Sometimes those same plugs have solid tops too. lol. The part numbering is a bit confusing. You could just gap them tighter for a stand up.

    Codys 2014 Hurricane Build

Did you put the versiplugs in or did the previous guy? I was wondering if they're a direct bolt on or some modifying was needed. I don't want to run the duckbills it comes with.

You can 'read' the ground strap to see if you have the right heat range. Motor all warmed up, swap in a fresh set of plugs, go for a WOT burst, come back and cut the throttle/coast in. The general rule of thumb is you want the annealing mark (that is the spot where the ground strap changes...

Other Decoding NGK Plugs / Spark Plugs 101

Decoding NGK Plugs / Spark Plugs 101 I was looking up some part numbers on NGK’s website and figured I would put them into a table and share. This post includes part numbers for solid tip plugs as well as other useful information on decoding NGK plug part numbers. Might help you decide what to...
