Ive been running pool noodles in my b-1 for 5 years now , ever since I rode at'' devils hole Niagra River'', they weigh absolutly NOTHING and will float 60 lbs /cubic ft , the nice thing is they stuff in every crevice you have and cut to fit easily , you can then zip tie them together...

sounds like its not getting FUEL . engine has been sitting a FEW YEARS ? better go through the carbs !...... check needle and seat for being stuck or SOMETHING else in carb IMO . thats where I would start . good luck
