Did XScream tell you they can't do a dvx setup for a 148 pump? Call the shop and talk to them. They by far had the best and most realistic timeline and delivery. They are more expensive than some of the others but I think they have the best customer support and service. Sent from my iPhone...

Try removing the hood hooks and rachet strap it down and try the dollar bill test again. Even if you don't have the rachet strap setup on the ski just go around the hull and hood with one. That should tell you if your hooks are in the wrong spot and keeping it from setting low enough to press...
