Dam that engine has some serious heat in the pistons.
I think your never gonna get it to live a full season you keep having black pistons like the good hole has.
Pistons also look like they maybe hitting the head.
Have you checked the squish??

It's hard to explain, but by the shape of the cones.
There different lengths and shapes of the cones from the head pipe to where the pipe starts to taper back down.
I don't know why you post vids of products that you didn't have first hand knowledge of purchase and if all the products are as they come from the manufacturer.

To post videos as facts when clearly Simone made a mistake isn't portraying the facts.
There only 1/16 clearance on v3 and 1/32 on v2.
If you install it properly with the outer step filled with the right stuff or black...
That's an old stroker chamber that Simone cut and did a limited spec tune length.
Then they rand head pipe dry and water into chamber.
You can most the water better with multiple spray and they do respond slightly better.
But it's tricky
