Welcome to the party! lol I would highly advise opening up the tray and looking at the cooling lines even though they pressure tested fine. Mine were on the edge but didn't leak, if that ski has seen salt water then they are likely corroded.

Ive had this happen a few times recently, the first time was when I sent 2 payments for my hull. They held the second until I got it which I didn't know but I called them and released it.

I am going to use small bits of 2 part epoxy to set the parts in initially, use chopped carbon/resin to fill the gaps, then small pieces of carbon to cover the gaps, followed by a larger sheet over the whole thing...maybe one more layer depending on strength

Quick update - My garage is starting to get cold so I have to finish cutting/sanding before it gets too cold in my garage. Going to get the bottom of the ski finished prepping for paint and hopefully have it out to paint by end of October. Will get it back and finish putting the midshaft back in...
