Little update- still have to do the turf but doing purple sides and pink tray... did a brand new b pipe mod chamber with all black couplers and lines, tried to do a super clean install, also swapped out the odi ends for some purple ones, because “vintage” enjoy!

If you are trying to base it off of people with limited cash, trying to get into the sport with superjets then the hull needs to have a superjet with basic bolt on driveline for testing.

Find the guy that bought the superfreak molds, then you would have the basis for the best all around ski (badass) and a good start and one of the best flat water skis (circus) you could make new molds and improve off two proven platforms

Started the clean up process, replacing all water and fuel lines, couplers, head o rings... inspecting everything during tear down as well

State Farm insures my superfreak and titan trailer for a declared value, all my other skis are with progressive but never had a problem with either... I was thinking of putting a little epoxy on an air tag and hiding them inside the hull on all my skis so if they were ever stolen I could find...

Personally....I would sand the cracks and fill with cabosil/resin and sand it smooth again myself before paint. I highly doubt sourcing a carbon hood will be cheaper than that...those hoods were like 1200 ish new if I remember right...there are a ton of people on this site more experienced than...
