I rode my first ski for a year without foot holds and jumping sucked. If I kept my feet it, I'd always just tip back until I hit the water. The next one I bought had foot holds and I've never looked back. I'm able to ride a lot harder and go as big as I feel comfortable. Hopefully you can test...

@eastcoastjumper (I think) posted a while back that he rode the foot rocket at world finals and flipped it.

I just picked up a TPE 1105 that he had his hands on (I'm at least the 3rd or 4th owner). I messaged Paul with some basic questions about it and he was super helpful and friendly. I can't wait to get my ski done and see how it flies!

There’s something about the shallow shore and repeated waves that scare me. Boat wakes are no problem. This will be my first time not on a new-to-me ski, so that should help!

It'll be my 3rd year. Hoping to get my first surf flip. Not riding for 3 months prior is always tough though.

My guess is the lack of scupper awareness by new riders. If you're a die hard who's building ski, you know all about scuppers. If you're the new guy shopping for an SJ or SXR and then come across the Krash that's ready to flip out of the box, you probably don't know about the dos and don'ts...

Next question, why was the hood seal and pole bracket under water long enough for it to take in so much water for it to sink? Most any ski will sink if you hold those areas under water... Also, water will come in the bilge hose because of the lack of a check valve or high loop in the hose.

Dang, they must've had the carbon one on the water on Monday. I would’ve loved to try that.

They didn’t do demos with the footholds installed for safety/liability. There some were baaaad riders on some, lol. I’m talking first ever jet ski ride bad.

I’m pretty sure he told me 2021 on direct injection. Or maybe “by 2021”. Riva will be awesome. Joel (Joe?) from Blowson said they are probably going to carry them as wel.
