Check to make sure your fuel vent tube isn't getting pinched. Happened on my Sxr.

I agree 100%. I needed a starter for my SJ a few weeks ago. He didn't have one but knew I needed one asap. He found one and I had it the next day. Mike is truly a huge asset to our industry.

Do exactly as the directions say. Put a good bead of silicone around the edge. They will snug up pretty well.

I currently have destroyers on my RN. Can these be drilled and countersunk to match the destroyers mounts that I have installed. Also to everyone that has these, how do these perform on flat water, wide open runs?

Ah 10-4. Run it on a hose and see if you notice water on your starter. Possibly have a leaking exhaust manifold that is allowing water to go into the cylinder.

What I'm saying is check the vent tube that runs through the rubber collar up into your handle pole. Could easily be getting crimped or pinched as the pole moves.

Also check your breather tube for your fuel tank. I had an sxr that had a crimped breather hose an it would fall on it's face for no reason.

Has anyone noticed a loss in top speed after installing tubbies?

I followed his instructions. Definately a great tutorial.

Made and installed a 3 1/2 X 2" piece of marine exhaust hose with 2 stainless t-clamps. I put a thick bead of silicone on the pipe side. I won't get a chance to try it till next weekend.

I'm running the Blowsion. This is the second ski I've run it on and no complaints here. Very smooth and clear install instructions.

Im running the RIVA Freeride pipe which is similar to the Factory type 4. I blew a coupler last week and am looking for a stronger replacement. I'm looking for suggestions.
