Yea its all good. Its actually been sitting around my garage for probably 2 years. Didnt know what to do with it, so i gave it to my kid to recycle(he is saving for an oset) figured it would bring him some cash. He got a wopping 3 bucks.

I remember seeing a picture of a bracket made to bolt to the pump so you can use it as a tie down point for transportation. Anyone have any info? Cant seem to find it.
Thanks,
Frank
Yea i seen that. I believe it went lean, just not sure why. The carbs were set up by art at jetworks, so i would assume pop off was set correctly. Maybe just need to richen up carb more.
This is on the exhaust side so maybe not water intrusion.
It passed a leak down test. Top of the piston is really black, other looks clean. Could this be caused by reeds? I wouldnt imagine it runs lean it has dual 44mm black jacks that where rebuilt the same time as the motor.
Motor only has 14 hrs on it since assembly, how bad does this look? What would have caused it? Plugs look good
I am assuming water ingestion caused the scouring on the piston? The cylinder wall looks fine.
Yea. It's worked great all summer. I just deformed the pole, cut a few breather holes in the top of the pole under the chin pad, and ran some breather tubes from the bottom of the hull halfway up the pole. I will get some pictures of where I cut the pole if you want.
