Congrats!! This is how it starts. I bought my first ski around 91, it was an 87 550, then a 92 550sx, couple more mixed in there throughout the years. Now I have a 800sxr, a gen 2 BOB and a Rickter FR2. One of the best addictions ever!

Hmm, I'm definitely curious to see if he can make this work. We run a lot of 2-stroke carbed turbo sleds here in Idaho and if they are set up right they work perfectly, no turbo lag, etc. But we also have a dry exhaust and clutching.

BOB gen 2, 9/15 magnum 144, just pulled out my dasa 850 and put in a Thrust freestyle ported and girdled 701 and it rocks. Motor and pump combo are unbelievable!!

I rode yesterday 47 degree air, 40ish water. 3/2 wetsuit with an extra top, helmet boots and gloves. Pretty good but my motor would not warm up so I quit and installed limiters in the pissers today. Water here will be in ice form shortly but its still good out there.
