just about any option is going to need some carb jetting/tweaking.
The 62t cyl uses larger exhaust manifold bolts. If you use the 61x manifold, you can drill the manifold bolt holes out for the larger bolts on 62t. Or, you can use stainless Timecerts. Do a search for '62t manifold bolts'...
Thanks guys, everybody was shredding for the little 'surf' that we had to rip on! My ski only runs well in the midrange, I have to keep it up on the pipe! :icon16:

Ski turned out great and I love the hood liner.
Add Tubbies and shorten it 2 or 3 inches next winter & you will love it even more.
You can sell the alum SN pole, get a lightweight stock RN pole, & have $$ left over. But a RN hull won't make you ride any better. :biggrin:

I'm at about -3.5 (cut straight) and still use a stock length D cut plate. It still rides nice and loose, but still turns great. When i ran it with the flush -3.5 plate it was harder to plane out and ride at higher speeds. Would be much easier to BF, but thats IT...
