This ski hits hard AF but doesn't have the boost it should. I'd pull that stock bore nozzle and bore it to 89-90mm and it might wake that pump right up.
Making a few changes. Pump gas 900R, Full spectrum 49's, XS intake, Fresh Skat 155 setback from jetmaniac, new thrust pro trim system, powerfactor, and a charging system with enhancer and lightened flywheel :)
I'm not sure on the cables, I haven't checked anything yet because I didn't know where to even begin, I'm horrible with electronics. Starter was new this season so I don't believe there would be an issue there but can't say for sure. Yes this is an MSD system.
So I'm running a PHP 898 (240psi) total loss, powerfactor novis, etc..
Had an issue last year where my battery would die very quickly. (Couple hours/10 or so starts). Thought it was just junk battery.
The issue is now a big one. Went for the first ride of the season on a brand new deka battery...
I just tightened the bolts as much as I possibly could, I can barely move the pole now haha. I assume I'll have to re-tighten them every once in awhile. I had to do that with the hurricanes as well.
Got the last of my parts today. Exhaust blocks glued in and chamber strapped in. Cut all my water lines but still have to install most of them. Looks like I'll have to mount my tank sideways to avoid any rubbing on the chamber and flywheel cover. Pretty happy with how easy this thing is going...
I guess the circus hull does not use a pump seal (all superfreaks maybe?) Anyways the wear ring actually slides into the groove in the pump shoe. I ran a bead of silicone around the shoe and wear ring and pushed it in. It fits nice and flush now. I'll post some pictures of it when I get home...
