    That's assuming a stock stroke crank needs to be rebuilt at the same intervals as a 10mm which isn't true. Even Art himself said the 10mm will need to be rebuilt much more often (common for stroked engines). So really, you are talking $550 every year, plus time to teardown, shipping costs, etc...
