Looks like you had too much slack in the trim cable. Remove the cover over the pulley, put the cable back on and tension it up so it doent slip off again. Bolt pulley cover back on Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk

I dont know enough about kawis to say. I know it's not good for seadoos, yamahas dont seem to be affected. Regardless, always keep the plug wires away from metal they can arc to. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
