Checked relay with multi-meter... both posts read .2 ohms... checked battery... 12.75 volts.. any clues whats the issue... or what my ohms reading should have read... ??? Still clicks when try to start and positive terminal on battery smokes... Hopefully its a relay issue... really do not feel...

Start stop switch is new as well... might just buy relay plus starter and wrap it up... I hate working on skis and BOT engine compartments are sweet... easy to work in... but... like all engine compartments... tight... I just wanna ride... FTS !!!

I used these exact mounts with no shims needed... also a worx intake grate with zero issues

For what it is worth since you asked about Rhaas mounts... I used the Rhaas couch mount height with no shims used... Thrust Innovations installed my motor to match midshaft so I am not sure if they did any drilling to move my mounts in or out... Good luck buddy... !!!

I have heard other BOT owners that used regular SJ mounts with 1/4" shims in order to make it work... I went with the couch mounts and they worked perfect, but, I did not try reg SJ mounts either... Couch mounts worked perfect for my BOT
