I just switched to to TL (a used atp flame) and am having the same issue. Used the same OEM bendix from my stock ignition and never have had this issue with it.

I am working on getting some seized screws out of a b pipe headpipe, and on mine there are 2 holes that go into the headpipe on the top. Is there only supposed to be one pilot hole? Is it supposed to be that if all the screws are closed, ZERO water goes into the pipe?

Found my leak! I had the exhaust plate on the wrong direction, lol. Holds pressure now!

Put new OEM crank seals in my motor, ran leakdown test with a mikuni popoff tester. There is an airleak. I pump to 5 psi, all air leaves motor very slowly, all air gone in about 5 mins (so about 1psi per minute leak) I checked every inch of the motor with soapy water, and zero luck finding it...

Alot of info on tricks to remove the engine drive coupler, but can't find any info about re-installing them. I have the stock coupler, and no special tool. Is loctite recommended, and is there a certain torque it needs to be tightened too? Is there a way to tighten it w/o a special tool?

No the adjustment screw is stripped... called msd and they said they cannot fix it

I accidentally stripped the little adjustment screw on the msd enhancer :( It will not go in or out. Anybody been in this situation?

Ok I made a rubber gasket out of a bike tube, worked great. I retested, and I have a leak in the cases just right of the front crank seal, not the seal itself, its a small area. Can I just use 5200 and apply it to the leaky area, or do I have to take apart the case?

Shouldnt the leak test work with normal gaskets? Won't ther be an air leak with normal gaskets if the same gaskets dont pass the leak test?

I'm just using regular yamaha gaskets.

I bought the blowsion engine block off plates to make leak down testing easier. Can you use regular gaskets to do it, or do you need to use some silicone or something? My intake is leaking like crazy with a brand new gasket under the blockoff plate.
