@Sasquachcrap hooked me up with an awesome 155/160 8 vein big hub pump. Packaging and communication were top notch. I will be doing a product review once I get it on the water.

I am swapping my 144 pump for a 155, as well as the shoe. I noticed that my 144 is sticking out past the bottom of the hull. When I install my 155 shoe should I grind it flush with the hull, or does it not matter?

I think I will sell my skat mag and go from there. I got a quote from jm for a 155 stator, wear ring, and new shaft and bearings assembled for less than $450, but perhaps I will go Sasquachcrap. Do you have a link for the reduction nozzle that can be bored out more than oem?

Ya I have a piece like that in there. It is not a huge cavitation, but it is enough to notice.

Just checked, there are 2 bolts already in there where the grate bolts usually go.

Not sure what you mean. Are you talking about screwing in a bolt into the pump shoe?
