I've seen green couplers have and not have the plug. Here are a couple I currently have for sale. These are both for the mid shaft side that fit the 94+ diameter mid shafts.

which exactly coupler do you have on the midshaft side? Some of the OEM couplers have that plastic plug in the middle. I've had that plug pop open and have all the grease that I put on the drive shaft splines pour into the engine compartment.

Not positive, but I think it mounts just like an FX-1 box mounts with the three bolts through the dash.

Best advice I've heard in a while.

I would personally go with WDK or Cold Fusion to be able to retain the OEM cable guide (area where the cables feed through that has a plug and looks like an accordion). I don't like that big hole that a blowsion bracket has; too much water intrusion.

I'm going on 3 + years of the same exact overhaul that Mark received, and still working flawlessly in 100% surf riding conditions. Be sure to pick up some of JSS's ski grease, that stuff works so well for many applications.

Couple years ago i think Jetworks did my head pipe and exhaust manifold for $125, but I was also spending a lot more money with them at the same time.

Not all the fingers are no-wake zones... There are a couple awesome ones that open up and are great for day camping... It can be pretty busy during the summer. Best time to get there is either Sunday or Monday morning and camp during the week. The weekends can be hectic at times. Campgrounds...
