I used to be a fire extinguisher tech. they either have sodium bicarbonate/salt in them or potassium. probably salt. just wash the motor out with water, just like if it got sunk and that should get the salt out.

js and sx mounts are the same only sx mounts are 1 piece with the aluminum bases, where js mounts as 2 piece. I throw bases away by the bazillions

I made the chin pad too. an xscream with a screw thru the mounting hole on a fence post. plastic wrap on it and layed wet glass on that. making sure it kept tight to the original form as it hardened. trimmed and turfed.
