i shortened my pole 3" and it stopped porpoising a ton. i like how the ass handled. sliding a 650sx around is amazing. but im weird lol. deeper ribbed ride plate will make it slide less.

if we are constituting what a free ride competition would consist of. i would love to see it done surf style. 15 minute heats, 2 riders go out. catch waves and you get a score per wave, riding slashing and aerials. best 3 waves determine score.

in my experience: Freeride: Ride with the environment. Flow with whatever you come across and just ride and throw tricks or o whatever feels natural. Freestyle: Usually a planned out run. Just how i look at it with my experience over the years. So a freeride ski needs to be able to throw...

dont you just have to stick to 701 labeling on the engine? lol.... or will they actually measure bore and stroke? Id go power mouse from the get go.... or the 5mil stroker engine. 800xx's but all part numbers still say its a 701cc cylinder ;)
