To me this speaks HUGE volumes for the Krash customer service, and especially Chris. All companies will put out an occasional crappy product. That can never be fully avoided. IMO It's how they handle that situation that speaks to the true quality of a company.

No idea. We told them we do a lot of hardened 17-4 and he said it was no problem. Didn't ask about hardened tool steel since we don't cut it.

Speaking of thread mills, I saw this at IMTS a year ago. Only good for super high production (we are not) and each needs to be custom made depending on the depth of your hole/thread but it was cool nonetheless. They call it the "thriller". Its a spot drill, drill, thread mill all in one. haha...

I hate taps. Just thread mill it ;)
