If i do the R/D, i could probably build each mold (2 needed. 1 fo outside case. 1 for soft liner) for 15-20k a piece! How many cases could we sell for the investment price of a new pick up? :)

These parts will end up seeing high pressure molding, and extreme wear situations. Our usual tolorance for slides/lifters is between .ooo5-.0007" clearance. Heres some pics of a plastic injection mold with similar style lifters
@txsuperjetfreak96 we use a one time high-heat soak for about an hour per inch with rapid cool down, then we usually use two draw-back sessions at a temp between 500-750 degrees with room temp cooling between.

Just a few pieces of H13 i heat-treated today. These things were at 1870 degrees after draw-back tomorrow, they should be between 54-56 Rockwell hardness
