    Just sold my 750 and bought an 06 sxr for 3500, ski is really clean except for a few shallow gouges and chips on the bottom but that can be easily fixed, anybody have any helpful advice or input on the sxr? Things to look out for? Hows the engines on these things, i think im sitting somewhere...

    And i heard if i put a "T" in the hose that comes out of the head that goes to the stock exhaust and just route that to a pisser that it will take more water out of the waterbox and make the ski more peppy, or will doing my first post accomplish this?

    Ok, does anyone know if i can drill out the stock 1/4" barb fitting on the top of my stock 750sx exhaust to tap it to a 3/8 barb so that i can hook it up to my new 3/8 pisser? I know that i cant drill too far because i think that barb is an exterior water jacket and if i drill too far i might go...

    Heres a pic of my bondline cut, i cut as far forward as the top of the eyelet hole and just made nice even cuts toward the outer edge, my trim nozzle hits the edge as a stopper but the cable will need to be adjusted once the turf i on

    The first pic is of my threaded spacer, i didnt drill perfectly straight but its tight and wont come loose and the others are of my bracket and how i attached the cable to the nozzle with a cable knarp, everything works perfect

    I dont have any but i will get some for u guys, and btw,your going to have to cut the bond line like i did otherwise the nozzle points right at the rear lip. If it helps i also used a piece of aluminum rod to drill through and tap to extend the steering cable, i just put it in a bench vice ...
