Busted My XFT pole on a roll. Had cracks in it for awile but sergio said it was just the cosmetic visual carbon. I bought this pole direct for sergio. But sergio is gone and I have had no luck contacting XFT via email. Anyone have a better contact?

Well that's good news! I was tying to decide where to pack the styrofoam. There is no room for any useful amount of nose foam but the areas next to the hood hooks and pole mount are sealed and is a larger area than it looks.

I have an FR-2. Don't see how it could float. No where near enough foam in it.

I picked up a used FR-2 and am starting to put it together. Still waiting for mag pump and motor. On the motor mounts I put the bolts up through the bottom of the plate. Should be easier than nuts on bottom and no worry's about the bolts being to long and bottoming out. Some one posted...

Man, That is a lot of water moving fast! I love my local rapids but they are 2% of the amount of water you got going on there. Good stuff!

I think if you have Reg #'s and stickers on your boat you are good. Only going to dig deeper if those are not on your boat.

You can drive anything on the beach. But At High tide 4WD is best.
