Yea its a dropper post! The bike is pretty well equipped. And what do you mean properly fitted? The bike shop set me up but since it is a dropper post, I can adjust it on the fly and put it wherever is comfortable at the time. What do I need to consider?

Not to knock your project, because I like creative repurposing of things, but Id be concerned about putting my ski on that thing. Doesnt seem like there is much support for the bunks or good reinforcement for tie down positions, and Im not even sure you'll be able to fit a ski on that with how...

Here is the best picture I have. It is just a foam yoga block that I channeled on the bottom to fit over the footwell divider, and then I used a 2 or 2-1/4 inch hole saw for the holes, and then just turfed it and glued it down. It works great!

I have an Xmetal steering setup that needs a full rebuild kit. Does anyone know if this would use the same type of kit as an rrp steering or umi steering? Anyone have a link to these parts? I tried searching, but didnt find anything specific to xmetal steering. Thanks! Matt

They are OEM kawi parts, but they are an accessory. They are hard to find.

Looks amazing! You should do the cupholder mod! It was the best thing I did to my princess cruiser.

If you do feel like cutting them flush, just make sure you cover the cut ends/grommet with silicone and you should be fine. But Id definitely open the ebox and remove the wires.

Give me two+ monitors or give me death. I dont know how people that do any sort of analysis use only 1 monitor.
