Freestyle New hulls @ 2016 Xscream, EME, Rickter, Hurricane, RCW

As far as anything coming from RCW, its only a drawing at this point. Josh and myself both have huge projects going on at home, projects that are going to easily extend into next summer. There wont be anything coming this year from us. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk

    A true homebuilt B.O.B

Hit me up with any questions on that swap. Like 5 or 6 years ago I put a 951 into a 750 sx. Way before I got into building hulls. I got it to run, but ended up parting it all out once I found it was not at all what I had expected. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk

    E-T 967 Dyno results

I have known of art longer than I have been into jet skis. It wasn't until recently that I put the 2 together. He did the same exact thing a few years back in in the snowmobile world. He came out with something similar to a more expensive item and it ended badly if I recall. So yes people...

    E-T 967 Dyno results

DASA, TPE, X metal. If your going to post numbers I'd try to dyno all of them. Even a stock 701 just for a baseline. I don't think anyone even knows how much horsepower a stock 701 makes on a dyno, or with a b pipe etc. I'm not trying to bash you guys, just making my point that without...

    E-T 967 Dyno results

Well since you guys have the dyno at your disposal it would only make sense to get your hands on some other brands and get some numbers out there. Id rather brag on the Internet that my engine makes more power (with proof) than oh hey look at me I have dyno and only have dyno sheets for my own...

    E-T 967 Dyno results

Dyno sheets are great when you have something to compare them to. Without that you may as well keep them in the bathroom in case you run out of tp. Do you have any plans to dyno other engines out there so you have something to compare to? It's great you went to this length to actually get...

Who's riding Cumberland river in Nashville today?

I'm like a thousand miles away and my mom sends me pictures of stand ups chasing the boat they were on in nashville. It would be pretty funny if it were guys on here.

    Attention engineers, curing oven controls.

I'm going simple. Wind up light switch timer and an old school oven thermostat with a knob and numbers on it. Keeping it simple.

This was the highlight of my day.

It can be done. I just got hooked on infusion. There is so much more control of the layup, and no time window until you mix resin.

    Attention engineers, curing oven controls.

Pre preg is way too expensive to be building skis with. I'll stick with infusion.

    Attention engineers, curing oven controls.

I'm relying on the power vent drawing air through the burner for that lol. I have a 6" duct feeding the side panel where all the wiring is for both outside combustion air and cooling of the electronics. Maybe a temp sensor in there to be a failsafe at 190. Or I'm moving all the electronic...

    Attention engineers, curing oven controls.

We do the initial cure in mold around 125f for 2 hours. Secondary post cure close to 200f out of mold I have not seen any warpage. I can't keep the molds tied up that long with the backlog I currently have.

I didn't even think of that. I work at a body shop and see a paint booth with a gas fired air makeup every day. That would be perfect.

    Attention engineers, curing oven controls.

Well I'm up over 140 now with high limits bypassed and I cut the hole for the burner exhaust and vented it so it's safe to go inside. I noticed with a laser temp gun the ceiling is hitting 160 and the parts are near 140. I will be adding circulation fans. This will definitely aid in the...

    Attention engineers, curing oven controls.

Safe range has been found lol. I think it's hitting the high limit and shutting down. I ran it for about 2 hours tonight and only got close to 120. I'll get some good pics tomorrow. I managed to tweek the wall thermostat to get up into the range I need for now to see what it's capable of...

    Attention engineers, curing oven controls.

Ok guys, I know there are lots of talented individuals here with many different backgrounds. Rage Composite Works is taking it to the next level and we need a hand. We are making a serious post cure oven. I already have a military konnex, and a Dayton ceiling mounted propane heater. I should...

    Freestyle Factory Backie Chan

I love the look of the chan, and meeting Gary in person I thought he was a stand up dude. I was being sincere, just because I build hulls dosent mean I don't still want to own one of every aftermarket hull ever made. My wife just won't allow it lol.
