They are strict cause the whole culture and most of the main industry's are water based. It seems to be more about conservation then the surfers. That said even if it was legal you would have to get past the surfers and I don't see that as a battle worth fighting. I ride jet skis for fun not...

I have found the foam is really only necessary if you don't honda wax your engine bay. But I know that everyone does that so it should be a non issue.

You could always just fill your engine bay up with fuel and bring a hose to connect to your bilge and fill as needed

We throw 2.5 gallon tanks in our tray with a bungie cord for the long commute. Top it off when you get there ditch it on the beach then put what's left for the return trip. And make friends with someone who has a smaller engine so you can get a tow if you need it..

I broke a part of my RRP steering that apparently is not easy to find a replacement for. Taylor searched for it and when he figured out that it was going to be a long time to replace he tore apart one that he had and sent me what I needed. Seriously hooked me up. :dance::dance::dance:
