I'd highly recommend avoiding SBT at all costs. I've seen people that had some VERY bad experiences with their inferior quality products, "rebuilds", and warranty.

I'm pretty sure that would be a Wet Jet 46mm Mikuni because the elongated holes. I bought an SBN46 for my Waveblaster and it doesn't have the elongated mounting holes.
Has the midshaft ever been rebuilt? It could be coming from the midshaft bearing and seals, or it may be coming through where the midshaft housing mounts onto the gunwale (I believe that's the correct term).
