Congrats on the new hull and even more so on the sponsorship deal. I wanted to love the edge when it first came out but i honestly hate the way it rides. My fr-2 evo with tubbies just feels nicer especially in the surf...Just my 2 cents i guess!! You can't knock the build quality from Rickter...

I'd say you want to look at something around 900CC but with stock stroke. 900SS Xscream would be a good choice.

For me i think pulling my feet up when i roll keeps my boat nice and flat, Loads of guys i ride with do nose high rolls and the land ass heavy and rarely ride out.
