one of my good friends is a self-employed mechanic and he reaches for the cordless impact for just about everything except removing lug nuts and brake caliper retaining bolts.
a long, cheap screwdriver and a grinder takes care of that battery strap tool.
a carb adjusting tool is handy
and a set of "GearWrench" would be nice...regular size, stubbies, and flex head.
whether you get the tracking number or not - you should insure your packages if you are going to ship USPS and pass the cost on to the customer.
USPS tracking is crap anyway - it's not real time like UPS/Fedex...only shows pickup and delivery.

"registered" doesn't matter as you'll have to take it to the county and have the registration transferred to your name.
I sold a trailer very similar to that for $200 earlier this year.
If you're willing to drive to Houston, I'll keep an eye out up here for one.
