I know you said you have 180 lbs of compression but what is the squish set at i've seen many plug issues with high compression and the incorrect squish. this usually happens when someone upgrades the head and just puts is some domes that say high compression. hope it helps... when did this start...

i do not know what all they change but i do know they are totally taken apart mods are done and reassembled by chuckie. not just a sinple drill a hole and make a up charge on the carbs

so far they do not seem any differant i was able to make the tray another inch or better width wise, have not been the surf yet others will have to try it for me i'm (back issues again) most likley not going to be in the surf for a while, but got plenty of people to try it for me
