It’s the RIP hull glass. I loved that ski! Just sold it a few weeks ago as most of my boys don’t ride any longer.
I believe the stinger on my WDK pipe was 40 to 44 mm. I cut the original off and went much bigger for freestyle. Not sure if that would help you or not but it did help me

Sounds like your on it. Lots of pieces to get dialed for that bottom end to really sharpen up.
I burned out a few pipe couplers before I got my mani inject jet correct. Think I was around a 110. I also used inline flow controls I designed to keep the pipe and box from loading up on water going...
I had a 927 with the same
Issue with 48 specs. The return pressure is important. I think I was bigger than Ed recommend like 70 or 80 but don’t be afraid to go bigger and lower it to see how it responds.
What I found to help the most was making my own high speed check valves from thicker...
I set mine up .015-.020 away from the piston. I have a 927 also and it took a lot of doing to make it happen. I have very high exhaust port timing also with the PV cyls and my motor rips from idle to WOT perfectly so you prob have something else going on. Never heard of anyone pinning a valve to...
Having the PV blade close to the piston is important.
Exhaust port measurements should be taken without the PV in mind.
The PV is simply a mechanical device used to hold the power charge in the cyl longer at lower rpm’s for more torque early in the rpm range, and they do make a noticeable...
Hey Jimmy. This Hull is really fun and capable. It’s such a nice turn key package I don’t want to separate. The spring push is right around the corner, find that extra $$ and you could be on a rocket this summer![emoji383]

The VF reeds use a transition stuffer to keep the intake velocity attached to the track better. It’s not a make or break part of the intake but is there for a good reason. However your motor will run fine with or without them Installed so it should not be a reason for an issue. You may simply...

You might have messed up one of the new needle and seats when you installed them? Sounds like your out to lunch and especially after a rebuild something must have gotten missed. You shouldn’t be chasing like that if things are how they should be. Maybe pull carbs and go Over it all again
